BACK IN BERLIN

At the airport i bought a few little things for Henning and Emily. They were very happy to have me home and get a few little presents aswell.....

GOODBYE

After a great time away it was time to say goodbye. It was nice to see Julias parents again who we had a nice breakfast with. Here are some shots of max on the plane, he was such a good boy, we were so lucky we had 2 seats to ourselves both trips and he just sat in his car seat. He's our little jet setter, just turned 5 months and his 6th flight. Thanks Julia and Tobi for looking after us.....

Julia and Tobi took me to visit another nice city, Lucerne. It was a cloudy day but we had a good time. The photo of the river shows how fast it flows....

JULIAS HENS NIGHT!!!

I was lucky enough to be there on Julias hens night. Here is a photos of all here nice friends. She had a nice night with a guided city tour, drinks and then dinner at a very nice restaurant....

COBBLESTONE

Here is a photo of Julia and Tobis cobblestone. There were lots of them and we managed to find theirs. In Bern you could buy your own cobblestone to raise money for the bears. When Julia and Tobi left for Australia, Tobi organised one for them so that they still had a part of them in Switzerland. Very romantic Tobi!!!

BERN CITY

BEARS

Bern is well know for its bears that they have on the side of the hill next to the river. There was a male and female bear and 2 babies that were very cute.....

Here are some more photos, i really love how they are so patriotic and have their flags out. I saw this in all the cities i visted. The picture of the river has a cafe right in the middle of it. The city has some great views from up on the hill....

BERN

Julia took me to the capital city in Switzerland, Bern. It was another beautiful city. Here are some photos on the train and the big building is the parliamant house. Its nice in summer as it has little fountains out the front that go up and down that the kids can play in....

LUXEMBURGERLI

Julia treated me to one of the local delicacies. It is called a luxemburgeli and looks like a burger but is small, about the width of a 20c peice coin. I got a chocolate and a vanilla one. Its hard to explain but its like two sides of a cake that melts in your mouth with some cream in the middle, so delicious!!!
